What is the capacity of the venue?
From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, our main space can be configured to meet your needs. Our standard theater layout, ideal for presentations and keynote speakers, accommodates 400 guests.
What are your rental rates, and what is included in the rental fee?

What dates are available for my event?
Because our facility is actively used by a church throughout the week, event availability can vary. We assess availability during a discovery meeting to ensure your event needs can be met.
What are the venue's hours of operation?
We’re here to help make your event a success! Our team is readily available via email and phone, and we also offer in-person meetings for facility tours and discovery meetings. Let’s chat! Do you offer catering services, or can I bring in my own caterer?
You’re welcome to bring your own caterer, as we do not offer in-house catering services.
Do you have an on-site event coordinator?
Yes, an onsite event coordinator is required for all events. As our facility is also the home of Bethel Church of Atlanta, this ensures smooth operations for both church activities and events.
What types of events do you host?
Our venue is perfect for a variety of events, from weddings and conferences to corporate retreats and other special occasions.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking for your guests. Our primary parking lot is supplemented by several overflow lots to ensure everyone has a place to park.
Is the venue accessible to guests with disabilities?
Yes, our facility is fully accessible to guests with disabilities.
Can I hold my ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Yes, our facility offers the perfect setting for your special day. As both a church and event venue, we can host your wedding ceremony and reception all in one convenient and beautiful location.
Do you offer any decor or equipment rentals?
We do not provide decor or equipment rentals. Clients are responsible for arranging these services independently.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than 30 days before your event, you’ll receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 30 days, we’ll refund your payment minus the initial deposit.
Do you have liability insurance?
We require event liability insurance for all events. This helps ensure everyone’s peace of mind. Our requirements include listing Bethel Church of Atlanta as a primary insured. Please contact us for the complete details regarding our insurance requirements.
How do I book the venue?
Contact us at events@bethelatlanta.com or through our “Contact Us” form to schedule a discovery meeting and tour. During this meeting, we’ll discuss available dates and how we can best meet your needs. Once we’ve finalized the details, we’ll send you a contract and a link to make your deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed once your deposit is received.
Do you have a bridal suite for getting ready?
Our facility offers flexible spaces that can be tailored to your needs. While we don’t have a specific bridal suite, we can easily create a beautiful and functional space for you and your wedding party to get ready.
What are your options for outdoor ceremonies?
Our property boasts beautiful outdoor spaces perfect for both ceremonies and receptions.
Do you have any restrictions on decorations or vendors?
We do have some guidelines regarding decorations and vendors, which we’ll discuss in detail during the venue booking process. Feel free to contact us via email if you have any specific questions beforehand.
Do you offer wedding packages?
We are not currently offering wedding packages, but this may change in the future. Please check back with us.
Is there a dance floor?
Our versatile spaces offer flexibility for your event. Most of our rooms have hard flooring, allowing you to easily create a dance floor wherever you choose.
What types of audio-visual equipment are available?
Our main event space is equipped with a professional A/V system for high-quality presentations and performances. Additionally, our rooms feature TVs with casting capabilities, and some include Sonos speakers for your convenience.
Do you have breakout rooms for smaller sessions?
Yes, we offer a total of ten breakout rooms! Eight are located in our main building, and two are in our adjacent buildings.
Do you offer Wi-Fi access?
Yes, we offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi access to keep you connected throughout your event.
